You really need to try something called ” Parata CHIPS OMAN” with cheese and a hot sauce. I promise you it will be a life time. It our snacks when we go to the dessert.

That’s the reality of rich arab gulf countries, the natives are way too few and overpopulated by immigrants to do 100% of blue collar jobs and about 40% of white collar jobs. The natives eat traditional food in their homes everyday but very very rarely open restaurants or become chefs.
