So I’m in the restaurant business and I want you guys to notice something about Chef Burak. The man spills the liquid from a scolding tangie pot and doesn’t make a face or a sound….then puts it’s content on a hot plate…which then throws flames and smoke in his face which doesn’t break his focus. This man is inspiring to a restaurantur like myself. That moment showed his dedication to the art of hospitality.
